Ben trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and is a Premium member of the Actors Centre, London.

Current Projects Include:
Implementing and running drama workshops on a voluntary basis at Papworth Trust, Ipswich. Papworth Trust is a leading disability charity with centres across the East of England.
Ben structured the classes to promote inclusiveness, confidence, individual and group development.
At the Royal Central School, Ben studied classical Acting at Masters level.
Throughout the course Ben worked with leading directors and practitioners, including: Chris Pickles, Director and Producer with Kenneth Branagh's Renaissance Theatre Company; Liz Rankin, Movement Director for the Royal Shakespeare Company; Sarah Esdaile, former Associate Director of the West Yorkshire Playhouse and a Masterclass with Cicely Berry O.B.E., Voice Director of the R.S.C.
The course focused on Shakespeare, Jacobean drama and classical Greek theatre.
Roles Ben played include: Charles and Silvius in As You Like It; Antonio in The Duchess of Malfi and Creon in Oedipus the King. Text workshop performances include: Romeo in Romeo and Juliet and Claudio in Much Ado About Nothing.
Ongoing Professional Development
The Actors Centre, located in London's Covent Garden, offers drama school graduates and theatre practitioners ongoing professional development.
As a Premium member, Ben has participated in masterclasses and workshops with leading industry figures including Prunella Scales C.B.E. (Fawlty Towers, R.S.C, National Theatre etc.); Mel Churcher, Acting Coach. Credits include: ITV's Victoria, Gosford Park, The Fifth Element and Tim Burton's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. BAFTA-nominee Maggie Ollerenshaw (Steven Spielberg's War Horse, Last of the Summer Wine, A Private Function etc.) and Clive Swift (Keeping up Appearances, David Lean's A Passage to India etc.)
